Cody Semar is a highly accomplished instructor and the Chief Pilot of a dynamic Part 91 operation. He oversees and actively flies a fleet of high-performance aircraft including the Citation 525 series, King Air 200, and Dassault Falcons in some of the most demanding environments in the country. A Gold Seal CFI with a proven instructional track record, Cody specializes in developing safe, confident, and proficient jet pilots. His operational insight and system-level knowledge of light jets make him a cornerstone of the JTP training program.
Rochelle Tisdale
Course Coordination Specialist
Rochelle brings a strong background as an education innovator and manager, combining organizational expertise with a passion for helping others succeed. As JTP’s Class Coordinator, she ensures every program flows seamlessly—from enrollment to training to checkride.
She serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing schedules, logistics, and communication with concierge-level precision. Rochelle’s leadership and attention to detail reflect JTP’s commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and an elevated training experience.
Imaad Ghazali
Chief of Technology and JTP Instructor

Imaad Ghazali is an accomplished instructor with a strong background in flight training and leadership. A former ATP Flight School instructor and Managing Flight Instructor, he has guided students from their first flights through advanced certificates while mentoring a team of fellow instructors. With more than 1,200 hours of total flight time, including over 700 hours of dual instruction given, Imaad’s experience spans single and multi-engine aircraft across Private, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI training. Known for his professional approach, technical expertise, and commitment to safety, he brings both instructional skill and mentorship to the JTP program, helping prepare the next generation of pilots for success.
Logan Moore
JTP Instructor

Logan is a flight instructor from Reno Nevada. Logan started his aviation career at a local FBO in Reno Nevada where he served as a supervisor and trainer with expertise in working with Part 91 and Part 135 flight departments. He is a pilot in Citation 525, Citation 550 and Citation 650 aircraft. Logan is a graduate from the University of Nevada Reno where he studied Business Management and Human Resources. Logan combines technical knowledge with operational experience that encourages success, safety and professionalism to those he teaches.
Walt Reep

Walt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as a recently retired airline captain and former military tactical aviator. Walt has over 15,000 hours in high-performance aircraft and experience as an instructor in the military and the civilian flying environments. Walt not only brings technical expertise, but he also brings a career of experience that exemplifies success, excellence, and a deep commitment to aviation safety.
David Luse

David is an exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled instructor. David has over 20,000 hours of logged flight time and currently serves as a DPE in addition to his role as a JTP Instructor. Dave brings a wealth of experience as a retired airline captain, retired US Air Force military maintenance officer, and current Airframe/Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization. David brings the highest level of technical expertise and knows the Citation 525 aircraft as well as those who built it.
